01Reservation request and company approval
A request created through the website becomes final after the company checks vehicle availability, delivery point, extra services and operational conditions.
- Creating a request alone does not mean a vehicle is definitively allocated.
- The company may contact the customer after availability checks.
- Vehicle group, extra services and delivery details are clarified during approval.
02Payment and deposit
Payment, down payment or deposit conditions may vary depending on the company and selected service. If online payment is not active, the process is completed through company communication.
- The company may request payment or deposit information before approving the reservation.
- Acceptance of credit cards, debit cards or other payment methods depends on company policy.
- Deposit and guarantee conditions may vary by vehicle segment, rental duration and customer profile.
03Extra services and protection requests
Requests such as child seat, additional driver, GPS, winter tires or protection packages can be selected before reservation. Availability and price are finalized with company approval.
- Extra services are provided according to company stock and operational status.
- The final amount for quantity- or person-based services may be shared at approval.
- Protection package scope and exclusions are explained separately by the company.
04Delivery and return process
ID, license, payment/deposit and contract checks may be made at delivery. During return, vehicle condition, fuel, mileage and extra services are checked.
- Pickup and return points are evaluated based on the reservation flow.
- Different return point requests may be subject to company approval.
- Damage, fuel, mileage, traffic fines and toll fees may be assessed after return.
